Frameless hardware company LLC, a supplier and manufacturer for the glass and glass industry, acquires the assets of A. Geo. Founded in 1953, Diack, Inc. from California offers a complete line of architectural display cases, store fixtures, mirror frames, bulkhead mullions, through windows and profiles.
As a result of this sale, FHC acquires all inventory, manufacturing equipment and product design for the entire Diack product range. This acquisition marks the second FHC acquisition this year. The company currently manufactures and supplies all-glass entry systems, gate control systems, frameless shower hardware, architectural railings, deal windows, glass tools and supplies, and a wide variety of aluminum entry systems, showcases and curtain walls. According to the company, all Diack employees will retain their positions at FHC’s corporate offices and manufacturing facilities in Southgate, California.
